About the role

As a Draftsperson, you will strive for operational excellence whilst preparing and updating drawings as per our client requests, and to ensure that the drawings are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities include;

Producing and maintaining standardised Master Drawings and Structural Designs.

Site dwellings to comply with developer guidelines, local council and energy rating requirements

Liaise from time to time with professional consultants, planning authorities and key suppliers

Producing / Updating changes to plans in REVIT for use in client's New Home Building Contracts.

Assist with drafting enquiries.

Assist with projects relevant to department plans and agreed strategy

Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, verbal or written

Ensure all conditions on the Building Contract are met

Conduct follow-up calls when required

Skills and experience

3-5 years experience

We anticipate that you will already possess a high level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including REVIT, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

You will deliver with a mature approach, calm and efficiency. Working in a fun team, you will have a sense of humour. You will be able to prioritise with ease and deliver time critical outcomes amid numerous distractions and demands.
