About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity as a as a Production Admin Support Officer. Based at our Minto Frame and Truss site, you will perform general office duties and support the Manufacturing Operations team both locally and regionally whilst maintaining and promoting a safe work environment.

Expectations include the iteration and optimisation of administration processes to support lowest quartile cost manufacturing whilst exceeding customers’ expectations.

What's involved:

  • Play an active role in assisting to resolve health and safety issues and accurately report hazards and other health and safety matters to their leadership team
  • Reviewing outstanding orders against supplier outstanding order reports and closing off completed orders
  • Analyse systems and processes to improve cost/service efficiencies within the department.
  • Liase between customer experience, technical and production/despatch departments.
  • Ensure all customers receive a high-quality experience by maintaining a high standard and professional phone manner when communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Greet and announce all visitors to the site, providing appropriate assistance.
  • Perform general office duties and basic requests for immediate supervisors.
