Your Opportunity

Join our warm and inclusive preschool community, where every child is supported to learn, grow, and thrive. We deliver a nurturing, play-based educational program for children aged 3 years to school age, in an environment that values care, respect, and inclusion. Our service supports up to 40 children each day, including dedicated places for children with disability, developmental delay, and additional needs.

As a Preschool Educator, you’ll step into a supportive team environment where no two days are the same. This flexible role is perfect for educators who are passionate about early childhood and want to make a difference while maintaining work-life balance.

We are currently recruiting a permanent full time and casual role. Permanent full time will be working Monday to Friday during school hours from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm with paid school holiday and lunch breaks.

Casual will be on a as needed basis working within school term and school hours.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support children aged 3-5 in an inclusive, positive and supportive environment
  • Identify and respond to any child safety risks and/or report any incidents
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that a safe environment is maintained
  • Ensure that children’s health conditions are monitored (with parental instructions)
  • Assist in preparing, developing and implementing appropriate play-based learning programs
  • Maintain direct responsibility for a single group of children and ensure their appropriate educational activities and constant supervision
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the center by embracing new processes

Requirements for Success

  • Diploma in Early Childhood
  • Completed National Child Safety Training (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience as an early learning Educator (desirable) and a passion for working in early learning
  • Drive to ensure that children are kept safe and supervised at all times
  • A positive team player who looks for ways to improve current work practices and processes
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, WWCC and national child safety training certificate.
