The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Post Construction Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our completed projects by conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, and performing necessary repairs. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in maintaining our high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
- Investigation & Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations to identify defects or confirm no action is needed.
- Prepare detailed reports that include the scope of work, materials required, and estimated time to complete tasks, including consideration of weather-dependent factors.
- Performance Solutions: Develop and implement solutions to rectify any identified defects.
- Rectification Works: Execute repair and maintenance tasks to rectify any issues.
- Daily Reporting: At the end of each workday, email a detailed report to the Admin Officer including photos, comments, the state of work (complete/return), and the time required to complete the task.
- Maintain Records: Ensure all records are accurate and up to date for future reference
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in post-construction maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- A valid driver’s license.
