Synergie Australia is partnering with a brand‑new, distribution facility in Mickleham that’s has exciting opportunities commencing immediately. This is your opportunity to be a part of a new team we are building. This is specifically for Night Shift Applications.

Consistent Shifts 4 x 10-hour shifts

Night Shift – Pick Packers

Various Nights - 5.30pm – 4.00am

Pay Rate: $40+ per hour (including shift loading)

The Role

You will be working in a busy, high‑volume warehouse environment, performing tasks such as:

Responsibilities or duties

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Sorting and preparing stock for dispatch
• Using RF scanners (training provided)
• General warehouse duties
• Manual handling – lifting up to 15–30kg
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets

Qualifications or requirements

No experience? That’s okay.

If you’re willing to learn and show up every shift, we’ll teach you the rest.

• A positive attitude and willingness to work
• Ability to do physical work and be on your feet
• Commitment to safety and following processes
• Reliable transport to and from the site – Public transport is not possible.
