About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced disability support worker to join our growing care team in the Kinglake area.
Successful candidates can expect to start immediately.
Some of your tasks will include:
- Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independent living
- Providing transport and community access
- Provide domestic assistance as needed

About You
We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:
- Cert III or IV in Disability (required)
- Medication trained (desirable)
- Experience with complex care in disability
- Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
- Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independent living
