We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Performance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving strong return to work outcomes, supporting capability uplift, and influencing performance across a dynamic environment.
About The Role
As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that improve return to work outcomes and overall team performance. You will work closely with Return-to-Work teams across a claim’s lifecycle, providing coaching, insight, and strategic direction to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive improved return to work outcomes across the portfolio
- Take ownership of key projects, ensuring delivery and accountability for outcomes
- Coordinate and lead KPI-related activities to enhance performance
- Coach and develop Case Managers and Return to Work Specialists on effective return to work strategies
- Engage with workers, treating health practitioners, and occupational rehabilitation providers to support successful return to work outcomes
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Expert knowledge of case management principles and processes, with a strong focus on return-to-work outcomes
- Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strong return to work strategies and outcomes
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
- High level of understanding of Worksafe’s KPI measures and how they influence performance outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
