What will you do?

Identifying, locating, and recommending parts for customers and technicians

Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers

Courteous handling of both face to face & telephone enquiries

Follow-up and resolve customer requests and issues

Preparing invoices & other finance arrangements for the sale of stock

Keeping sales records updated

Receive and process all monies when applicable

About you:

Experience in a parts environment (preferred but not essential) – apprentice opportunities available

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Enjoys building positive relationships and being part of a team

Motivated to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Ability to work under pressure

Working knowledge with computers
