Description
The 4K Group has a growing presence in the Automotive Retail Sales and Repair Industry across Australia. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Panel Shop Estimator to join our dynamic team at Macarthur Prestige Bodyshop in Smeaton Grange, Sydney.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous panel shop estimating experience
- A solid understanding of smash repair procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A strong focus on customer service
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience estimating prestige vehicles would be highly regarded, however it is not essential as onsite training will be provided where required. We may also consider a trainee applicant with suitable industry experience.
