Introduction
We are seeking Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Blayney. This contract role plays a critical part in ensuring products are processed, packed and dispatched accurately, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
As a Packer, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality and workflow efficiency across the production line.
Key duties include:
- Unpacking frozen goods in a controlled environment
- Checking use-by dates and product quality standards
- Repacking products in line with client specifications
- Gluing and assembling boxes for packaging
- Labelling products accurately and clearly
- Counting stock and verifying quantities
- Stacking finished goods safely for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to strict food safety and WHS procedures
This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production targets.

We are targeting mid-level candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with dates and labelling
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and production KPIs
- Good manual handling capability and physical fitness
