Introduction

We are seeking Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Blayney. This contract role plays a critical part in ensuring products are processed, packed and dispatched accurately, safely and efficiently.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business specialising in temperature-controlled goods. Responsibilities

As a Packer, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality and workflow efficiency across the production line.

Key duties include:

  • Unpacking frozen goods in a controlled environment
  • Checking use-by dates and product quality standards
  • Repacking products in line with client specifications
  • Gluing and assembling boxes for packaging
  • Labelling products accurately and clearly
  • Counting stock and verifying quantities
  • Stacking finished goods safely for dispatch
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Adhering to strict food safety and WHS procedures

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production targets.

Your Profile

  • Ability to work in cold environments
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and production KPIs
  • Good manual handling capability and physical fitness
