The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Operations Administrator to support the day to day operations of our Dandenong South, Victoria site on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. This role is critical to keeping our warehouse and dispatch operations running safely, efficiently, and on time.

Working closely with the site leadership team, transport partners, and internal stakeholders, you will be the central point of contact for administration and operational coordination at the site.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating printing and sortation of sales orders for key customers
  • Acting as the main point of contact for incoming site communications (phone and email)
  • Organising transport bookings and liaising with freight carriers
  • Managing inbound containers, including delivery scheduling, unloading coordination, receipting, and stock label printing
  • Preparing accurate delivery manifests
  • Assisting the Regional Operations Manager with ad hoc duties and projects
  • Supporting training completion and equipment pre-start checks in conjunction with supervisors and team leaders
  • Maintaining WH&S compliance, hazard reporting, and incident management
  • Ordering and managing site consumables (pallets, wrap, straps, cleaning equipment, etc.)
  • Maintaining and updating the site operations shared drive
  • Supporting New Zealand operations with credits, invoicing, and stocktakes as required

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A professional and reliable approach to work

Experience

  • Previous experience in an operations, logistics, or warehouse environment (highly regarded)
