About the Role:
Our client is expanding their allied health team and seeking an enthusiastic OT to join vibrant, multidisciplinary clinic. You'll manage a caseload based on your clinical interests and experience - working with children, adults, or a blended caseload, depending on your preference.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to goal setting and reviews
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine love for helping people achieve independence and joy in daily life
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- New grads welcome - full supervision and mentoring provided!
