Your Role
As a New Home Sales Assistant you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will support the display sales team in the Melbourne's South Eastern Corridor, you will be responsible for supporting the display home sales team, managing the display home sales offices and create home and land packages within our target estates.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Create Opportunities: Work with local and targeted land estates building relationships and providing house and land packages. Contact leads and book appointments.
- Marketing & Customer Service: Ensure that all display presentation standards are maintained appropriately and that all marketing collateral within display is current; and
- Clerical Information: Maintain and manage leads and customer information.
Please note: You will be required to work at displays on weekends. In return, you will enjoy your days off mid-week.

To be considered for this position you will have a hunger for success. While not essential, specific experience gained within the housing market will be very highly regarded.
Importantly, you must possess the right attitude for the role. Ideally you will be a people person who has a high degree of resilience and drive.
