With strong lead flow and an established client base, we’re looking for a Senior Broker to help manage and grow our volume across both residential and commercial lending.
Responsibilities or duties
This is not a build-your-own-book role.
You’ll step into a business where:
- All leads are provided
- You’ll work across residential and commercial scenarios
- You’ll have the autonomy to manage your pipeline end-to-end
- You’ll be supported by a hands-on leadership team
- Quality and long-term client relationships are prioritised over quick wins
This role is ideal for a broker who thrives on writing deals, structuring complex scenarios, and delivering a premium client experience.
Qualifications or requirements
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a mortgage broker
Experience across both residential and commercial lending (preferred)
Strong structuring skills and credit knowledge
Confident managing clients end-to-end
High attention to compliance and detail
Professional, relationship-driven approach
You’ll be someone who values long-term relationships, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to be part of a boutique business with a strong reputation.
