Responsibilities or duties
In this role you will act as a trusted finance partner, helping senior leaders make clear, informed decisions through meaningful analysis and insight. You will support forecasting and planning while building strong relationships across the business and improving how we work through better processes and use of technology.
Qualifications or requirements
A professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA, with a degree in accounting, finance or a related field
Experience needed
Experience partnering with stakeholders in a retail banking environment to support business decisions
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key business drivers
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis using detailed models
Clear communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to share insights with a range of stakeholders.
