  • Plan and optimise unscheduled maintenance activity in collaboration with Planning, CMP and AMO to protect aircraft availability.
  • Allocate and oversee workload within the MOC, coaching team members and uplifting decision quality on shift.

You must be able to direct real-time maintenance actions and recovery plans, including defect deferral strategies within MEL and approved documentation, prioritise fleet maintenance activities to protect safety and schedule, initiating AOG recovery and vendor engagement as required and escalate safety, airworthiness and commercial risks to accountable managers; certification remains with appropriately authorised LAMEs/AMOs.

You’ll have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with TRAX, AIRMAN, AIRNAV, ROCADE, AHM/MyBoeingFleet; exposure to health-monitoring analytics tools (e.g., Chronix).
  • Minimum of 2+ years on relevant aircraft types in an AME/LAME or control-centre support role is desirable.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Strong systems troubleshooting and fault isolation across avionics/mechanical domains.
