JOB DETAILS:
Part-Time Maintenance Team Member
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Maintaining the property’s wood supply, including chopping and cutting wood to meet demand
- Clearing rubbish and maintaining outdoor areas
- General repairs and maintenance of cabins and lodge buildings
- Clearing and maintaining walking tracks
- Maintaining the water turbine and water treatment systems (as we generate our own power)
- Confident and safe use of power tools including chainsaws and wood splitters
- Being on-call for emergencies such as severe weather events
Hours: Generally, Monday–Sunday, 8am–4pm.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
