Experienced Machine Operators Wanted | Multiple Shifts | Start after Easter 2026
Kick off 2026 with a secure opportunity at a leading Australian-owned food manufacturer with 40+ years of industry success. If you have experience operating machinery in a food production environment and want stability, great pay, and long-term career growth — this role is for you.
Shifts Available
Day Shift - $33.68
- 4:00am – 12:00pm (Early shift allowance for first 2 hours)
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift - $38.73
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm (Batching/cooking)
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Night Shift - $43.78
- 8:00pm – 4:00am (Batching/cooking)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous machine operation experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
- Physically capable of lifting up-to 25kg
- Reliable, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene standards
