About the Role

As a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle faults
• Performing routine servicing and maintenance tasks
• Using diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
• Communicating repair recommendations clearly with customers and internal staff
• Road testing vehicles and conducting quality control checks on completed work
• Assisting the Workshop Manager with general workshop duties as required
• Keeping up to date with mandatory factory training
• Ensuring all warranty procedures and documentation are completed correctly
• Maintaining a safe workplace and complying with all OH&S policies and procedures

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience as a fully qualified Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of dealership workshop processes
• Exceptional workmanship, reliability, and efficiency
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good computer and diagnostic system skills
• A positive “can-do” attitude and professional presentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A full manual driver’s licence
• High levels of integrity and professionalism
