Labourer / Trades Assistant – Casual with View to Permanent

Based in Beenleigh – Immediate Start Available

Are you someone who’s reliable, hard-working, and ready to roll up your sleeves alongside a skilled carpentry team? Queensland All-Trades (QAT) and Leader Restoration are seeking a Labourer / Trades Assistant to join our energetic crew on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role for the right person.

With over 20 years of experience in insurance repairs, we take pride in delivering high-quality work, exceptional service, and maintaining a strong safety culture. Based in Beenleigh, we service the greater Brisbane area, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

Mandatory:

• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Current Driver’s Licence with a good driving history
• Reliable own vehicle

Highly Regarded:

• Test and Tag Licence
• Fork Lift Licence
• Previous warehouse or labouring experience

Personal Attributes:

• A positive and friendly “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting tradespeople on-site with labouring tasks
• Collecting and transporting supplies and materials as needed
• Assisting with worksite preparation and clean up.
• Supporting trades with manual tasks, including use of tools and machinery
• Handling equipment
• Performing general warehouse duties
• Maintaining health, safety, and quality standards
