Sydney City Volkswagen and Skoda is a fast-paced automotive dealership located in the Eastern Suburbs and we have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Junior Service Advisor to join our established team.
Responsibilities or duties
As a Service Advisor, you will primarily liaise between our customers and our workshop to coordinate service department activities and related matters to achieve an efficient operation in the service department. Involved in all aspects of the service process you will have the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate;
Qualifications or requirements
An undivided commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with face-to-face, phone and online customer contact
Superior communication and organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
A can-do attitude and willingness to help and support your team
Candidates who are trade qualified and have experience with Volkswagen or Skoda are highly regarded
Any other provided details
5 Day Monday to Friday working week
A supportive and inclusive working environment
Outstanding remuneration package commensurate with experience
Ongoing training and development including formal Service Advisor qualification with Volkswagen
