About the Role
As the Head of Performance & Planning – Pacific Technology, you’ll play a key role in driving technology strategy execution, financial oversight, and performance across our Pacific operations. Supporting the Tech Area Lead and wider leadership team, you’ll ensure strong visibility of technology investment, planning, and outcomes across multiple countries.

What will your day look like?
As Head of Performance & Planning, you will have the opportunity to:
- Leading technology strategy planning, roadmaps, and investment execution across the Pacific
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for technology
- Monitoring performance, reporting insights, and driving improvements across technology services
- Managing key vendor relationships and ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Overseeing infrastructure planning, lifecycle management, and resilience initiatives
- Supporting risk management, audit activities, and compliance requirements
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology and the broader business
- Driving continuous improvement and supporting capability uplift across teams
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven experience in technology leadership, planning, or operations
- Strong capability in financial management, budgeting, and cost governance
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, platforms, and technology environments
- Experience managing vendors and commercial relationships
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to work across multiple countries or complex environments
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments is beneficial
