In the role of Head of Operational Risk Assessments, you will lead the design and delivery of NAB’s enterprise-wide financial crime risk assessment framework, helping the bank and its customers grow safely by strengthening how we identify, understand and manage financial crime risk.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the design, delivery and refinement of NAB’s financial crime risk assessment framework across the enterprise.
- Oversee risk assessment models across customers, products, channels, jurisdictions and employee roles.
- Partner with business and enabling units to embed consistent and effective risk assessment practices.
- Drive innovation by leveraging data, intelligence and analytics to enhance risk assessment methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across NAB, government agencies and industry partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, capability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met while driving proactive risk management outcomes.
