The Guest Services Advisor role supports the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, customers and visitors in our commercial buildings; ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised. The Advisor must ensure they liaise professionally and appropriately with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders at every interaction whilst supporting the broader operations within the building.
The role is customer‑facing - essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and high‑quality workplace experience for colleagues, customers, and visitors.
Front‑line, people‑first role – perfect for hospitality or customer service professionals who love problem‑solving and fast‑paced environments!

In this Guest Service Advisor role, you will be joining the Enterprise Operations team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
You’ll go above and beyond to:
- Receiving and welcoming guests, providing visitor passes as required
- Sorting and transporting mail to the correct location
- Receiving courier deliveries
- Provide access to lockers
- Assist with event space bookings and set-up
- Complete floor walks utilising a checklist, noting and reporting maintenance issues
- Allocate temporary car parks on request
- Other role-specific tasks as directed
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Availability Monday to Friday 7.30am – 12.50pm
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving
- Entry-level hospitality / customer service role
- Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
