The Opportunity

As a Grounds Person, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Alba Thermal Springs property to the highest standard. Your work will ensure that both our guests and team members enjoy beautifully presented gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor facilities. This includes planting, caring for, and maintaining scheduled stock, as well as mulching, weeding, pruning, chain sawing, and rubbish removal/pick-up.

Full-time role with a rotational roster, including some weekends and public holidays.

About You

• You will have previous experience in a similar role.
• You will have landscaping or hard landscaping experience, such as paving, grouting, and building retaining walls; this is preferred but not essential.
• You are capable of effectively performing tasks in an outdoor environment often un-supervised.
• You will have appropriate and current tickets for relevant plant and equipment.
• You will hold a current Victorian drivers license; a manual drivers license is preferred but not essential.
