About the Role
We are seeking a full time cleaner to join our team.
This role is essential in keeping our homes, offices, and community spaces clean, welcoming, and safe for both participants and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple locations (Boronia, Mooroolbark, Wantirna and surrounds)
- Complete general and detailed cleaning of offices, housing, and shared spaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Identify and resolve cleaning or maintenance issues on the spot
- Follow checklists and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience (domestic or commercial)
- A strong eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to respectful, inclusive workplaces
