Your Role

You will lead our Front of House team on shift as the lead host and be responsible for executing our systems and procedures to the highest standard. Your daily work will involve:

  • Hosting the floor with presence: greeting at the door, setting the tone, reading the room, and proactively managing the guest journey from arrival to farewell.
  • Completing opening and closing procedures using documented checklists and logs, and ensuring they are submitted and completed on time.
  • Running pre-shift briefs and post-shift reviews, documenting action items and handover notes.
  • Managing sections to meet service KPIs such as wait times, table turns and guest recovery.
  • Conducting table touches and guest check-backs, capturing feedback and recording incidents, comps and voids with clear notes.
  • Keeping FOH stations stocked and clean to standard, using station checklists
  • Communicating updates to the kitchen and bar, and logging any delays or maintenance issues.
  • Upholding RSA, food safety and venue policies.
  • Planning and managing shift breaks
  • Coaching in the moment and giving clear, timely feedback aligned to our service standards.
  • Managing Stock and ordering
