About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our Broadbeach venue. This role focuses on team leadership, operational discipline and delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining strong financial awareness.

You will lead the front of house team, maintain service standards and ensure systems and operations run smoothly in a fast paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train and develop front of house team members
  • Build a positive, high performance team culture
  • Provide clear direction, feedback and support

Operations

  • Oversee daily front of house operations and service flow
  • Ensure systems, checklists and procedures are followed
  • Maintain venue standards including cleanliness, presentation and service consistency

Financial Performance

  • Monitor sales performance and labour efficiency
  • Support roster planning aligned with business targets
  • Contribute to cost control and operational efficiency

Guest Experience

  • Lead hospitality standards on the floor
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure every guest experience reflects our hospitality values

About You

  • Experience in a Front of House Manager or senior hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced hospitality environment
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Financial awareness including labour management
  • Experience with POS and hospitality systems
