Our Client:

Our client is a well-established civil construction and infrastructure company with over 90 years of experience across Australia and New Zealand. They specialize in road construction, asphalt production, quarry operations, and infrastructure development supporting major transport and community projects.

The Role:

We are seeking a Front End Loader Operator to support operations at a busy asphalt plant. This role involves operating a loader to move materials and load trucks while assisting with general yard duties to maintain a safe and organised site.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Operating a front end loader to load trucks and manage stockpiles
• Supporting the asphalt recycling area and plant operations
• Performing general yard duties such as shovelling, sweeping, and site clean-up
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Selection Criteria:

• Experience operating a front end loader or similar machinery
• WHS White Card required
• Ability to perform hands-on yard work
• Willing to obtain Loader VOC if not already held
• Able to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening
