These positions are available at Novar Gardens, Gillman, and O'Sullivan's Beach , with both day and afternoon shifts on offer (and night shifts at Novar Gardens).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Forklift operation – loading/unloading trucks & vehicles
• Moving products from production line to yard
• Machine operation, mill operations & production line support
• Order picking & packing
• Manual handling of steel products
• Stock processing & cutting orders (Gillman site)
• Basic computer operation
• General labouring within heavy industry environments

Your Profile

What We’re Looking For

• Current valid Forklift license (desirable)
• Some roles require a valid driver’s license
• Strong safety focus & attention to detail
• Physically fit – able to handle heavy industry work
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening

Shifts & Pay

Novar Gardens (Machine & Forklift Operators) set shifts, no rotations

• Day: 6:30AM–2:30PM | $32.32/hr
• Afternoon: 2:30PM–10:30PM | $37.16/hr
• Night: 10:30PM–6:30AM | $40+/hr

O'Sullivan's Beach (Machine & Forklift Operators) rotating weekly shifts

• Weekly rotating shifts (Day & Afternoon)
• Day: 6:20AM–3:07PM | $32.32/hr
• Afternoon: 2:54PM–11:41PM | $37.16/hr
