What does a Hospitality Hero do?

As an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant, you are the heart of our team, ensuring every guest’s experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Here’s how you’ll help us create magic:

• Delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas.
• Share your knowledge about local wines, regional produce, and our menu to enhance every guest’s dining experience.
• Setup and pack down dining areas before and after service.
• Build strong relationships with all guests.
• Act in accordance with SOPs and food, health and safety regulations.

• RSA Certification (or willing to complete one before employment).
