First Nations Corporate Hospitality Services Traineeship
Start your career with CommBank through this 12‑month traineeship with our Client Services team. This role is a strong entry point into hospitality and corporate services, designed to build skills that open future career pathways.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of the Client Services team, supporting how our Sydney workplaces run day to day:
- Hospitality & Events
- Support food and beverage services
- Assist with catering for meetings and events
- Learn safe food handling and service standards
- Customer Service & Concierge
- Welcome staff and visitors into CommBank workplaces
- Support reception, visitor access and VIP arrivals
- Meetings & Workplace Support
- Set up and refresh meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Coordinate catering and room readiness
- Admin & Operations
- Basic admin, data entry and scheduling
- Use digital tools like Outlook, Teams and internal systems
What you’ll gain
- A nationally recognised Hospitality qualification (including RSA)
- Real on‑the‑job experience in a corporate environment
- Transferable skills in customer service, admin and teamwork
- Mentoring, yarning circles and a dedicated program manager
