This role sits in Nestlé Professional team where we have a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees. Leading product brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Chef, Docello, Nescafe, Buondi & Milo.

A day in the life…

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong customer relationship through regular face-to-face meetings, identifying needs, showcasing product offerings, and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Monitor and leverage competitor insights and customer feedback to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and customers as required.
  • Deliver against key sales KPIs.

Travel Requirements

You will be responsible for visiting customers and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.

  • We value face-to-face interactions with our customers, and your current unrestricted driver's license will enable you to visit them effectively.
  • You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Attending conferences and participating in sales meetings.

Package includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet.

As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products, we are looking for:

  • Food Service and Field Sales experience preferred ideally in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Office & PowerBI
  • This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License
