What you’ll be doing:
Lead the state-wide rollout of frontline vehicle connectivity technology supporting NSW RFS operational capability across NSW. We’re looking for a practical, people-focused leader who thrives in dynamic operational environments and knows how to bring teams together to deliver outcomes that genuinely matter. They will be confident working across multiple priorities, geographically dispersed locations and fast-moving operational requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and team culture. Most importantly, we’re after someone who can lead with professionalism, adaptability and common sense - someone who can support and motivate a highly capable team while helping drive one of the largest operational connectivity rollouts undertaken across the NSW RFS fleet.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience leading field-based or technical teams.
- The ability to balance planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement alongside hands-on operational delivery.
- Experience in communications, ICT, emergency services technology, fleet deployments or large-scale field programs.
