Our Banking and Financial Services team brings together retail and business banking to provide a wide range of financial products and services. Within this, our Treasury team manages key areas such as stress testing, credit risk modelling, capital management, balance sheet risk, funding, and climate risk.

Responsibilities or duties
In this role you will support end-to-end stress testing, helping us understand how different scenarios impact credit losses, capital, pricing, liquidity, and overall business performance. You will contribute to model development, scenario analysis, and broader treasury initiatives while working with a team that drives meaningful change across the organisation.
Qualifications or requirements
An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial studies, engineering, or computer science.
Experience needed
2–5 years’ of experience in financial risk modelling, ideally with exposure to credit risk
Any other provided details
Strong analytical and numerical skills with technical capability in tools such as R, Python, SQL, or version control systems
A proactive mindset with drive, motivation, and a strong interest in learning and commercial outcomes
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to business stakeholders
