Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative, clerical, and secretarial support
  • Prepare advanced word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations

  • Support projects, minute‑taking, and reporting for senior leadership
  • Adapt readily to changing operational needs

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgement
