We’re looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide in full or part time permanent positions.

Responsibilities or duties

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver personalised care to clients in their homes, typically seeing 8–10 visits per shift. You’ll use your clinical skills to support patients and families while promoting independence and quality of life.

A qualified Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration

Experience needed

At least 2 years’ hands-on nursing experience

Your clinical scope will include: Comprehensive wound care (including regime changes), Compression bandaging, Medication management, Continence and stomal care, Aged care nursing assessments.

You’ll work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 9pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts.
