Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the new program replacing Disability Employment Services (DES) and introduces a more inclusive future where people with a disability as well as those with injury or health condition can get support to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful work, and grow their career.

About the Role....

Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment

Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets

Build employer and community networks

Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support

Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations

Maintain accurate records and program compliance.

About You....

We require someone with:

Certificate 3 in Community Services (or willing to obtain)

Strong customer service, administration and communication skills

Team player with good time management

Target-driven and adaptable

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to both offices utilising a company vehicle
