Calling All Unregistered Independent Support Coordinators & Recovery Coaches with a Caseload: Let’s Team Up!

Hey there, amazing Independent Support Coordinators! Are you a solo Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach with a solid caseload — but feeling a bit wobbly about the upcoming NDIS registration changes?

We get it. July 1st is looming, and the rules are shifting. If you’re not keen on diving into the deep end of registration paperwork, audits, and long wait times, we’ve got a better idea.

Meet Glady & Co — Your New Work Home (Without Giving Up Your Freedom)

We’re Glady & Co, a heart-led, lived-experience-powered NDIS provider born in Melbourne’s Outer East. Our founder, Glady, started out solo too — and built a community-first organisation that’s all about real connection, real support, and real impact.

Now, we’re inviting passionate, experienced Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches to join us as contractors. You’ll keep your independence, your caseload, and your flexibility — while gaining the backing of a registered provider that’s got your back.

What You’ll Get (Besides a Warm Welcome)

  • A great hourly rate + super
  • Admin and intake support (so you can focus on people, not paperwork)
  • Leave coverage when you need a break
  • Easy-to-use digital systems
  • Access to EAP and regular peer check-ins
  • 100% remote flexibility — work from wherever you thrive
  • A steady stream of referrals to grow your caseload
  • A contractor model that respects your autonomy (no micromanaging, promise!)
  • A team that actually walks the talk on inclusion, recovery, and community

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant qualification (Social Work, Mental Health, Community Services, OT, Psych — you know the drill)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, or similar roles
  • A solid understanding of the NDIS and how to navigate it
  • Great communication skills and a knack for building trust
  • Confidence with digital tools
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with psychosocial disability

You’ll Also Need

  • A current caseload of 25+ participants (or 18+ part-time) ready to roll with you
  • ABN, NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, insurance, and all the usual bits
  • A valid driver’s licence and a car
  • Full working rights in Australia

Why Glady & Co?

We’re not your average provider. We’re a lived experience workforce that believes in doing things differently — with heart, humour, and humanity. From our Boronia Recovery Hub to our Inspire Programs, we’re building a community where everyone belongs and recovery is real.

We welcome people from all walks of life and proudly support diversity in all its forms — including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, and the LGBTIQA+ community. We’re also a child-safe organisation.

Ready to Join Us?

This gig is for experienced contractors with an active caseload. If that’s you, and you’re ready to work with a team that’s got your back while you do what you do best — we’d love to hear from you.
