Lead strategic reform initiatives in inclusive education and wellbeing.

Oversee design, delivery, and monitoring of inclusion strategies.

Provide evidence‑based advice using data and research.

Align resources with strategy for sustainable inclusive education.

Lead and manage staff to deliver reform outcomes.

Knowledge of legislative frameworks for inclusion and wellbeing.
