Requirements / Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, management, or related field.

Extensive leadership experience in complex health service environments.

Strong knowledge of mental health service delivery and governance.

Proven ability to manage resources and lead organisational change.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement.
