Responsibilities or duties
The Development Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity and enhancing the strategic insight of property development projects. This includes financial modelling, validating the development team’s monthly feasibility submissions, project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and driving process improvements throughout the development lifecycle
While the development teams retain ownership of the overall feasibility models and key input assumptions, this role focuses on optimising project financing structures. It serves as a critical link between the funding stack and the core development delivery costs and program forecasts, ensuring alignment and financial efficiency
Qualifications or requirements
The successful candidate will have proven experience in property development with exposure to working with, if not building feasibility models
Candidates with real estate experience in debt, advisory (including big 4) and financing backgrounds are welcome to apply
Experience using Estate Master or Argus Developer will be highly regarded also

Level of Education: bachelor degree
