Role Overview
Lead governance, enterprise risk, and compliance across the Cyber Security Uplift program, strengthening cyber resilience across NSW Health. Partner with stakeholders to embed best‑practice risk management, support sound decision‑making, and protect critical digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously improve enterprise risk management frameworks aligned to NSW Health policy and global standards.
- Oversee the enterprise risk register and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
- Provide expert advice on governance, compliance, and emerging cyber risks.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across eHealth NSW and the wider health system.
- Support governance and compliance processes, including continuity and record management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive experience in governance, enterprise risk, and compliance in large, complex environments.
- Strong cyber risk expertise, including ISO 27001 and ISO 31000 frameworks.
- Ability to identify and analyse enterprise risks with sound judgement.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging senior leaders and boards.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise risk platforms (preferred).
