WESTERN TOYOTA at Guildford is one of Toyota's Leading Dealerships and part of the Suttons Family group of dealerships established in 1948.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our call centre team as a Customer Service Consultant on a fixed term period for 12 months for maternity leave cover, with opportunity for it to become permanent.
Someone who can demonstrate their qualities and experience in a high level of presentation exceeding customer experiences.
THE ROLE
Your main focus will be adding value and building long lasting relationships with our clients and assist the dealership with overall customer retention. Some duties include
- Inbound and outbound Service Calls answered and actioned accordingly
- Support dealership in achieving the retention and dealership KPIs through their respective sales and service strategies
- Supporting Dealer staff with retention
- Develop strong support and relationships with Sales and Service teams
- Carry out Sales to Service introductions
- Ensure customer retention in service by providing regular service reminder calls
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a dealership environment - advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer/guest/client focused role
- Previous experience in a call centre - advantageous
- People-orientated with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
- Professional presentation and time management skills
- Excellent telephone Etiquette
- Can-do attitude and self driven
- Intermediate skills/knowledge of Microsoft Office products
