About the Role
As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
- Administration duties including data entry and email management
- Picking & Packing customer orders
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
- Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required

About You
- Located in or near Berrinba
- Strong administration experience
- Prior experience in an administration role
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
- Ability to work from the Berrinba site full time (Mon-Fri – 6am-3pm)

- Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship
- Valid Police Check
- Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
