BF Panels is a huge, purpose-built panel shop right next to the Riverina Highway between Albury and Thurgoona, with a large car park, separate towing and storage facility, and 4WD retail outlet on site. The 40-strong team works a 38-hour week (8–4.30) together. They’re backed by all the latest tooling and technology — including two full-size Car-O-Liner systems, computer measuring systems, three Lowbake spray booths, welders, etc.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join our team at BF Panels, Thurgoona.

You will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration and invoicing support and liaising with our external stakeholders (insurers etc).

Permanent position. Monday to Friday. 8am to 5pm. No weekends!

Role responsibilities

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
