About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from enquiry through to completion of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Costing/invoicing paperwork for each customer
  • Reviewing and processing quotations
  • Liaise between the workshop and customer for any required repairs, sales or warranty operations.
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and internal teams.

About you:

No automotive experience? No problem! For the right candidate training is provided through a structured training program, to help you succeed and be the best advisor.

Previous or current experience as an Automotive service administrator, Service Advisor or experience with costing - highly regarded, but not a deal breaker. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent customer service.

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers

Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills

Computer systems savvy, including Microsoft products

An energetic and can-do approach to your work

Ability to work 7.30am to 5.30pm hours (4 days)
