Are you a people person with a knack for solving problems? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Consultant to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing professional support to customers and our dealer network to ensure every interaction is a positive one.
The Role
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will handle a variety of enquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve issues efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our dealer operations through both inbound assistance and proactive outbound outreach.
Qualifications or requirements
We are seeking a resilient and empathetic individual who is naturally driven to help others. To be successful, you should have:
- Experience in a call centre environment (highly regarded).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support customers through challenging or sensitive situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
- Proficiency with general computer applications and basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- A dependable, honest, and trustworthy work ethic.

- Build rapport and trust to create lasting relationships while taking ownership of inbound enquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to educate customers and build their confidence.
- Conduct proactive calls to help customers schedule service bookings and follow up on sales leads, including providing pricing and arranging test drives.
- Respond promptly to web, email, and mail enquiries, and escalate complex specialist concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and owner detail updates in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the dealer network and internal teams to drive positive business outcomes and support team goals.
