About Youth Off The Streets
Youth Off The Streets is a not‑for‑profit organisation supporting young people to build safer, healthier futures. For 30 years, our special assistance schools have provided flexible education for students who don’t thrive in mainstream settings. We operate six NESA‑registered independent high schools for students in Years 9–12, alongside programs including crisis accommodation, youth justice support, AOD counselling, life skills, cultural support and community engagement.
Established in 2007, EDEN College was created to continue the work of Youth Off The Streets in the Macquarie Fields community. Today the college is a coeducational independent school supporting students in Years 9–12.
EDEN stands for Education, Dedication, Empowerment Now. The college provides a safe and inclusive learning environment for young people who are at risk of disengaging or have already disengaged from mainstream education.

The Curriculum Lead is responsible for development and implementation of innovative teaching practices and curriculum development across EDEN College, in collaboration with the School Manager, and in line with the YOTS Model of Education.

- Commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for all students, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey curriculum changes and innovative practices to staff, students, and the broader school community.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in curriculum implementation and to drive educational excellence.
