Responsibilities or duties
- Deliver business valuations, share valuations, and financial instrument valuations for a wide range of clients.
- Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax-related purposes including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, impairment testing, and employee share schemes.
- Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice.
- Prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions.
- Conduct portfolio business reviews to enhance business performance and investment analysis.
Qualifications or requirements
- Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance.
Experience needed
- Experience in business valuations across multiple industries.
