Responsibilities or duties

  • Deliver business valuations, share valuations, and financial instrument valuations for a wide range of clients.
  • Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax-related purposes including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, impairment testing, and employee share schemes.
  • Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice.
  • Prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions.
  • Conduct portfolio business reviews to enhance business performance and investment analysis.

Qualifications or requirements

  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance.

Experience needed

  • Experience in business valuations across multiple industries.
